Smart Business Toolbox is operated by Dellarobbia Inc., doing business as Propel Business Advisors (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing or subscribing to Smart Business Toolbox, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
FREE TRIAL
Smart Business Toolbox may offer a 14-day free trial for new users.
A valid payment method is required to activate the free trial.
During the trial period, you will have access to the platform’s features.
If you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.
If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically begin and the payment method on file will be charged for the selected plan.
SUBSCRIPTION BILLING
Smart Business Toolbox operates on a subscription-based billing model.
Subscriptions may be billed:
• monthly
• annually
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next billing date.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable subscription fees.
USAGE-BASED CHARGES
Certain features of Smart Business Toolbox may generate usage-based charges.
These charges may include, but are not limited to:
• SMS or MMS text messages
• email sending services
• voice call usage
• AI-powered tools
• third-party integrations
These services are provided through third-party providers and are billed based on usage.
Users are responsible for all usage fees generated through their account.
NO REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS
Due to the nature of digital software services, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
This includes:
• monthly subscriptions
• annual subscriptions
• renewals
Users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation will stop future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
Your access to the platform will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the payment method on file.
If payment cannot be processed, access to the platform may be suspended until the account balance is resolved.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated with your payment provider, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the Services.
Users are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a dispute with their bank or payment provider.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
If an account is terminated for violations of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy, no refunds will be issued.
POLICY CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Billing Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on the website with the revised effective date.
Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
